Shipping Policy

At Soukster, we work with trusted third-party logistics partners to deliver your orders in a safe and timely manner. Please review the following terms and conditions that apply to all shipments.

1. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days following payment confirmation.

• Processing does not include weekends or public holidays.

• Customers will receive a confirmation email once the order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Timeframes

• Domestic Deliveries (Lebanon):

  • Standard delivery timeframe: 2–3 working days after dispatch.

  • Delivery fees are calculated at checkout. Free delivery may be offered on qualifying orders.

• International Deliveries:

  • Currently available to selected destinations. Estimated delivery timeframe: 7–15 working days, subject to courier availability and customs clearance.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Please note: SouksterLB is not responsible for courier delays, unforeseen circumstances, or customs-related issues once the order has been handed over to our delivery partner.

3. Tracking

• A tracking number will be provided via email or SMS once the order has been dispatched.

• Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect in the courier’s system.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• For international orders, all customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

• SouksterLB cannot be held liable for delays or additional costs arising from customs procedures.

5. Failed or Returned Deliveries

• If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the recipient, or refusal to accept the order, the cost of redelivery will be charged to the customer.

• Please ensure all shipping details are entered accurately at checkout.
